Winter Outings
Winter allows for an entire season of special outings and fun in the snow.
It is fantastic that we can get out there. That said, getting out in the snow requires an extra level of planning to avoid dangers and challenges that subfreezing temperatures pose.
Winter Resources
It is highly recommended that older scouts and all adults attending a snow campout attend our Council's Winter Skill Adventure Program. The Winter Skill Adventure Program is staffed by several Winter Adventure experts, include Adult and Youth from Troop 4060. Talk to our Scoutmaster about attending.
